Payment & Liability Disclaimer

All payments made through order.getfroth.co are processed using secure, third-party payment gateways. Froth – The Coffee Bar does not store, handle, or have access to your card or banking details. In the event that your payment fails, is interrupted, or your order is not confirmed due to technical errors, connectivity issues, or gateway failures, Froth shall bear no responsibility for the loss or delay. 


Customers are advised to ensure they have a stable internet connection and verify that their transaction has been completed successfully before closing the page or app. If a payment is deducted from your account without a corresponding order confirmation, you must first contact your bank or payment provider to initiate an inquiry. 


Froth may assist in the process, but shall not be liable for delays in refunds or resolution. Refunds approved by Froth - The Coffee Bar may take fourteen (14) to twenty (20) business days to be processed, depending on your bank or payment service provider’s policies.

Terms and Conditions

By using Froth – The Coffee Bar’s online ordering platform available at order.getfroth.co, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Orders placed through the platform are subject to confirmation and product availability. Froth reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, unavailability of items or ingredients, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or system failures. Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate personal and delivery information. Froth shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or failed delivery arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details provided by the customer. The menu, pricing, delivery areas, and service availability are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of our website or ordering platform constitutes acceptance of all such changes and the terms herein.

Privacy Policy

Froth – The Coffee Bar is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of its customers. When placing an order through order.getfroth.co, customers may be asked to provide personal information such as their full name, contact number, delivery address, and email address. This information is collected strictly for the purposes of order processing, fulfillment, and customer support. All payment-related data is processed securely through third-party payment gateways, and Froth does not store or access any credit or debit card information. Your personal data is not shared, rented, or sold to any third party, except when required by law or for operational necessity such as third-party delivery services. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with this privacy policy. We may use anonymized data internally to analyze customer preferences and improve service quality.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, Froth – The Coffee Bar does not accept returns once an item has been delivered. However, in the event that an incorrect item is received, the order is incomplete, or the product is delivered in a damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, customers may request a refund or replacement. All such requests must be submitted within two (2) hours of delivery and must be supported by photographic or video evidence to be considered valid.


Froth reserves the right to review each case and determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion. If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the customer’s Froth – The Coffee Bar Wallet for use in future purchases. In cases where the payment was made via debit or credit card or any other online payment method, and the customer explicitly requests a reversal to their original payment source, the amount will be refunded accordingly. Please note that in such cases, the refund may take between fourteen (14) to twenty (20) business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account, depending on the policies and processing timelines of the bank or payment gateway used.


Froth shall not be held liable for any delays in refund processing that are attributable to third-party financial institutions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders placed through order.getfroth.co are prepared by Froth – The Coffee Bar and shipped and delivered by our authorized third-party delivery partners. Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of order placement and are based on standard operating conditions and expected traffic patterns. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, these estimates are indicative in nature and not binding.


Froth – The Coffee Bar and its delivery partners shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, adverse weather conditions, or operational delays at the store resulting from high order volumes, staff limitations, or technical issues. Such unforeseen circumstances may result in delivery delays, and Froth shall not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising therefrom.


Customers experiencing significant delays are encouraged to contact our customer support team for assistance. Any compensation or resolution offered in such cases will be at the sole discretion of Froth – The Coffee Bar and shall not be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within five (5) minutes of placing it on order.getfroth.co. Once the order has entered the preparation stage, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. 


Requests for cancellation must be made immediately by contacting at 0333-1137684 (DHA) or 0334-0137684 (KDA). 


Froth reserves the right to deny cancellation requests made beyond the allowable timeframe. No compensation, refund, or credit will be issued for cancellations made after the five-minute window or for change-of-mind requests once an order has entered production.
